1. About this site

drop.teknolojitekstil.com is operated by Teknoloji Tekstil San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Teknoloji Tekstil"), Tekstilkent Business Center, Esenler, Istanbul, Türkiye. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. Indicative information

All specifications, GSM ranges, minimum order quantities, timelines and market figures on this site are indicative. Exact figures depend on construction, fabric grade, embellishment, volume and lead-time tier, and are confirmed in a written quotation. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; a contract arises only upon written order confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3. Quotations and orders

Quotations are issued after a brief and are valid for the period stated on them (30 days unless noted otherwise). The 72-hour sample commitment runs from the moment fabrics, trims and embellishment references are confirmed and physically on hand. Production timelines run from written sample approval and deposit receipt.

4. Intellectual property

Your designs remain yours — see our NDA Protocol. The content, copy and design of this website are the property of Teknoloji Tekstil and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names mentioned in construction-reference contexts belong to their respective owners; no affiliation is claimed.

5. Liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Teknoloji Tekstil accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of indicative website information alone; the governing terms of any project are those in the signed quotation and order confirmation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; place of jurisdiction is Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Individual supply contracts may agree different terms, which then prevail.

These terms are a general framework and not individual legal advice; contractual documents signed between the parties take precedence.
