This policy explains what personal data DROP by Teknoloji Tekstil ("we") collects on drop.teknolojitekstil.com, why, and the rights you hold under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).

1. Data we collect

Brief and chat data — name, brand, email, phone (optional), and the project details you share through our brief form or chat concierge. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Correspondence — emails and messages exchanged with our team.
Analytics data — via Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate location, device and referral source, using cookies and similar identifiers. Legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interest in improving our services (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your NDA, quote and samples; to operate and improve this website; and to maintain our commercial relationship. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your project details for marketing. Project content is additionally protected under our NDA Protocol.

3. Processors and transfers

Data is processed on our own servers in the EU/Türkiye and by a limited set of processors: our hosting provider, our email infrastructure, and Google (analytics). Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years after last contact (or longer where a contract, tax or export regulation requires it), then deleted. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' configured retention period.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact: [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or, in Türkiye, with the KVKK Board.
